By entering, you agree to these Official Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by ButtenZup (“ButtenZup,” “we,” “us”). It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other company or platform.

2. No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A free method of entry is always available, as described in Section 5. Making a purchase or donation is not required to win and does not affect the free base entry.

3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the lower 48 states of United States and the District of Columbia (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other US territory) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, members, and agents of ButtenZup and THE HELLO LLC, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Program period. The giveaway runs as a series of monthly drawings for twelve consecutive months. Each monthly entry period opens on the first day of the month and closes on the last day of that month at 11:59 pm Central Time. We will award at least two shirts per month.

5. How to enter (one free entry). Complete the official entry form in full, follow ButtenZup on Facebook or Instagram (linked to approved accounts only) , and on our pinned giveaway post complete at least one of the following: like it, tag a friend, share or repost it. The completed entry form + social follow/like/share/tag/repost is the official record of entry. Limit one free entry per person only.

6. Additional entries (optional). After completing the free entry in Section 5, an entrant may earn up to three additional entries, one per method, no more than once each per monthly period, as follows: (a) one additional entry for making a donation of $5 or more through the official donation link at buttenzup.io; (b) one additional entry for purchasing any item from the ButtenZup apparel shop at buttenzup.io; and/or (c) one additional entry for posting a photo with or of your ButtenZup button goody bag to Facebook or Instagram (approved accounts only) and tagging ButtenZup, where the tag is required. Each method may be counted only one time per entrant per monthly period, for a maximum of three additional entries and four total entries per entrant per month. Donations and purchases are confirmed through ButtenZup’s own records. Additional entries increase the number of chances in a drawing but do not guarantee winning. An entrant must have completed the free entry to qualify for any additional entry.

7. Entry conditions. Entries must be accurate, complete, and your own. Incomplete, false, duplicated beyond the stated limits, automated, or fraudulent entries are void. We may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these terms, or acts in a way we deem disruptive, abusive, or unfair.

8. Winner selection. Winners are selected at random through a 3rd party platform from all valid entries on or about the first day of the following month. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner verification. Being drawn does not by itself make you a winner. Each drawn entrant must satisfy all entry requirements and these terms. We will verify the drawn entrant before any prize is awarded or shipped. If a drawn entrant cannot be verified, does not meet all requirements, cannot be contacted, or declines, that entry is void and we will draw another entrant and repeat until a qualifying winner is confirmed.

10. Win limit. A person may win only once during the entire twelve-month program/giveaway. Prior winners remain ineligible to win again but may continue to support the brand.

11. Notification and claim. Winners will be notified by email, text, or direct message using the information provided. A winner must respond and confirm shipping details within five days of the first notice. Failure to respond, invalid contact information, or return of an undeliverable prize results in forfeiture, and an alternate will be drawn.

12. Prize. Each prize is one (1) ButtenZup limited giveaway-edition t-shirt, in the winner’s choice of available design, color, and size, while supplies last. These giveaway-edition shirts are available only to verified winners. Approximate retail value twenty-five dollars. Shipping within the United States is free to the winner. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions are permitted except by us, at our sole discretion, with an item of equal or greater value.

13. Taxes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and for any other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are outside of the standard sales tax that FourthWall charges for the t-shirt.

14. Publicity release. Except where prohibited, by entering you grant ButtenZup the right to use your name, social media handle, city and state, statements, and any photos or content you post and tag in connection with this giveaway, for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further notice, review, compensation, or approval.

15. Release of liability. By entering, you release and hold harmless ButtenZup, and their respective owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, and partners (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries, costs, and expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or relating to your participation in this giveaway, your entry, any content you post, the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, or your interactions with other participants. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, property damage, and claims based on publicity, privacy, defamation, or intellectual property.

16. Limitation of liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or unreadable entries; for technical, hardware, software, network, platform, or connection failures; for errors in administration or in the announcement of winners; or for any typographical or other error in these terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties’ total liability to any entrant will not exceed the approximate retail value of one prize. Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

17. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against any claim or liability arising from your breach of these terms, your conduct, or any content you post in connection with this giveaway.

18. General conditions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, shorten, extend, or cancel this giveaway or any monthly drawing at any time, including if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control compromises its fairness or integrity, without liability to entrants.

19. Platform release. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, FourthWall, THE HELLO LLC or any other business, company, platform or site. By entering, you release those platforms from any and all liability and acknowledge that any information you provide is given to ButtenZup, not to the platform.

20. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the giveaway, to contact and ship prizes to winners, and for ButtenZup communications. We do not sell your information. By entering, you consent to this use.

21. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Void where prohibited.

22. Severability. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

23. Agreement. Entry constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of ButtenZup, which are final and binding in all matters.
